{"data":{"id":"us-id/idaho-code-31-4912","jurisdiction":"us-id","citation":"Idaho Code § 31-4912","heading":"Security for bonds or other indebtedness.","body":"In connection with the issuance of bonds or the incurring of other indebtedness, and to secure the payment of the same, the district board shall have the power:\n(1) To pledge all or any part of its fees and revenues from any source;\n(2) To covenant against pledging all or any part of its fees and revenues, or against permitting any lien on such fees, revenues, or property;\n(3) To covenant as to the bonds or other indebtedness to be issued and as to the use and disposition of the proceeds thereof;\n(4) To establish and fund reserves for the payment of such bonds or indebtedness;\n(5) To enter into credit enhancement arrangements including, but not limited to, letters of credit, reimbursement and remarketing agreements, and bond insurance policies;\n(6) To make such covenants as will tend to make such bonds or indebtedness more marketable, notwithstanding that such covenants may not be enumerated herein.","path":["TITLE 31 COUNTIES AND COUNTY LAW","CHAPTER 49 REGIONAL SOLID WASTE OR DOMESTIC SEPTAGE DISPOSAL DISTRICTS"],"source_url":"https://legislature.idaho.gov/statutesrules/idstat/title31/t31ch49/sect31-4912/","current_through":"2026 Legislative Session","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-04T11:19:02Z","sha256":"a6330cd859d8a714e524b7c200ea648bf9efa2e823709b39bce1ddf08a9e7425","source_id":"us-id","stale":false,"prev":"us-id/idaho-code-31-4911","next":"us-id/idaho-code-31-4913"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
