{"data":{"id":"us-id/idaho-code-32-717a","jurisdiction":"us-id","citation":"Idaho Code § 32-717A","heading":"Parents’ access to records and information.","body":"Notwithstanding any other provisions of law, access to records and information pertaining to a minor child including, but not limited to, medical, dental, health, and school or educational records, shall not be denied to a parent because the parent is not the child’s custodial parent.
