{"data":{"id":"us-id/idaho-code-33-124","jurisdiction":"us-id","citation":"Idaho Code § 33-124","heading":"Special vocational education programs.","body":"Any school district, or combination of school districts, within the state of Idaho, including charter districts, may submit to the state board of education a plan for the operation of a program providing instruction and training for students with disabilities under the age of twenty-two (22) years in vocational education. The state board of education may approve or disapprove such a plan.
