{"data":{"id":"us-id/idaho-code-33-358","jurisdiction":"us-id","citation":"Idaho Code § 33-358","heading":"kindergarten jump-start program — parent training.","body":"(1) A school district that offers a kindergarten screener in the spring for children who will enter kindergarten in the fall may use existing funds to establish up to a four (4) week kindergarten jump-start program for children whose score on the screener indicates that they are not ready for kindergarten.\n(2) A school district offering a kindergarten jump-start program pursuant to this section must also offer a training program for parents on actions and activities that parents can do that are associated with student success.
