{"data":{"id":"us-id/idaho-code-33-5205c","jurisdiction":"us-id","citation":"Idaho Code § 33-5205C","heading":"PUBLIC CHARTER SCHOOL REPLICATION.","body":"(1) Public charter schools that have successfully completed at least one (1) renewal without condition may apply for fast-tracked replication.\n(2) Replication public charter schools must have the same operational model and serve the same, or a subset of the same, grades as the public charter school being replicated.\n(3) An abridged application for replication shall narrowly focus on:\n(a) A description of the capacity of the charter holder to successfully replicate an additional school;\n(b) A description of how the charter holder will manage multiple charter schools while maintaining a high level of academic and fiscal performance in the original public charter school and the replication school; and\n(c) Location-specific information for the new replication charter school.\n(4) Replication applications shall be considered by an authorizer within forty-five (45) days of submission unless the replication applicant agrees to a later date.","path":["TITLE 33 EDUCATION","CHAPTER 52 PUBLIC CHARTER SCHOOLS"],"source_url":"https://legislature.idaho.gov/statutesrules/idstat/title33/t33ch52/sect33-5205c/","current_through":"2026 Legislative Session","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-04T11:19:30Z","sha256":"c896cf280635034ca18f833276ceaabcd73c0632695b3170557ce59cb6efd70f","source_id":"us-id","stale":false,"prev":"us-id/idaho-code-33-5205b","next":"us-id/idaho-code-33-5206"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
