The sample ballot shall contain the proper political party candidates to be voted on within the county whose declarations were filed and certified in the office of the secretary of state with instructions for the placing of political party candidates seeking the political party nomination for county offices, single countywide highway district offices pursuant to section 40-1404A, Idaho Code, and precinct offices.
