{"data":{"id":"us-id/idaho-code-37-2734a","jurisdiction":"us-id","citation":"Idaho Code § 37-2734A","heading":"Prohibited acts D — Penalties.","body":"(1) It is unlawful for any person to use, or to possess with intent to use, drug paraphernalia to plant, propagate, cultivate, grow, harvest, manufacture, compound, convert, produce, process, prepare, test, analyze, pack, repack, store, contain, conceal, inject, ingest, inhale, or otherwise introduce into the human body a controlled substance.\n(2) It is unlawful for any person to place in any newspaper, magazine, handbill, or other publication any advertisement, knowing, or under circumstances where one reasonably should know, that the purpose of the advertisement, in whole or in part, is to promote the sale of objects designed or intended for use as drug paraphernalia.\n(3) Any person who is in violation of the provisions of subsections (1) and/or (2) of this section is guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction may be imprisoned for not more than one (1) year, fined not more than one thousand dollars ($1,000), or both.","path":["TITLE 37 FOOD, DRUGS, AND OIL","CHAPTER 27 UNIFORM CONTROLLED SUBSTANCES","ARTICLE IV"],"source_url":"https://legislature.idaho.gov/statutesrules/idstat/title37/t37ch27/sect37-2734a/","current_through":"2026 Legislative Session","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-04T11:19:47Z","sha256":"6d24aed8f4d5289a79c39e9120d69cadb35c5410c1939a6eebef1d0ed168d7ab","source_id":"us-id","stale":false,"prev":"us-id/idaho-code-37-2734","next":"us-id/idaho-code-37-2734b"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
