{"data":{"id":"us-id/idaho-code-37-319","jurisdiction":"us-id","citation":"Idaho Code § 37-319","heading":"Penalty — Enforcement.","body":"(1) Any person, firm or corporation, violating the provisions of sections 37-315 through 37-318, Idaho Code, or any part or provision of any of said sections, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and punishable by a fine not exceeding two hundred dollars ($200) or imprisonment in the county jail not exceeding six (6) months or by both such fine and imprisonment.\n(2) In addition, any products not in compliance with the provisions of sections 37-315 through 37-318, Idaho Code, shall be subject to seizure and disposition in accordance with an appropriate court order or rule adopted by the director of the department of agriculture.","path":["TITLE 37 FOOD, DRUGS, AND OIL","CHAPTER 3 DAIRIES AND DAIRY PRODUCTS"],"source_url":"https://legislature.idaho.gov/statutesrules/idstat/title37/t37ch3/sect37-319/","current_through":"2026 Legislative Session","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-04T11:19:45Z","sha256":"27c64bdfd721e7e4bd5433160e75008297ae0a8ff0cabe55b90a7ae34605a767","source_id":"us-id","stale":false,"prev":"us-id/idaho-code-37-318","next":"us-id/idaho-code-37-401"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
