{"data":{"id":"us-id/idaho-code-37-408","jurisdiction":"us-id","citation":"Idaho Code § 37-408","heading":"Penalty for violations.","body":"Anyone failing to comply with any of the provisions of this chapter or any standards, rules or orders promulgated hereunder shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction shall be subject to a fine not exceeding two hundred dollars ($200) or imprisonment in the county jail not to exceed three (3) months, or by both a fine and imprisonment.
