{"data":{"id":"us-id/idaho-code-38-1516","jurisdiction":"us-id","citation":"Idaho Code § 38-1516","heading":"Penalties.","body":"Any person who shall violate or aid in the violation of any of the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof be punished by a fine of not more than one thousand dollars ($1,000) or by imprisonment not to exceed ninety (90) days or by both.
