{"data":{"id":"us-id/idaho-code-39-1206","jurisdiction":"us-id","citation":"Idaho Code § 39-1206","heading":"Children’s camps.","body":"A children’s camp which provides child care for any one (1) child for more than nine (9) consecutive weeks in any one (1) year period shall constitute a children’s treatment facility. A children’s camp which also constitutes a residential school shall be governed under the provisions of this chapter as a residential school.
