{"data":{"id":"us-id/idaho-code-39-1307","jurisdiction":"us-id","citation":"Idaho Code § 39-1307","heading":"penalty for operating a facility without license.","body":"Any person establishing, conducting, managing, or operating a hospital, nursing facility, or intermediate care facility without a license pursuant to sections 39-1301 through 39-1309, Idaho Code, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor. A violation of this section is punishable by imprisonment in a county jail for a term not exceeding six (6) months, or by a fine not exceeding three hundred dollars ($300), or by both.
