{"data":{"id":"us-id/idaho-code-39-6110","jurisdiction":"us-id","citation":"Idaho Code § 39-6110","heading":"Criteria for proposed practice location.","body":"(1) The proposed practice location must:\n(a) Be located in an area of underservice federally designated by the secretary of health and human services; or\n(b) Serve patients who reside in an area of underservice federally designated by the secretary of health and human services for flex waiver applications only.\n(2) If a new practice location is planned, additional criteria apply.
