The fee amount will be determined by the director of the department, will not be less than one thousand dollars ($1,000) for a J-1 visa waiver request, and three hundred fifty dollars ($350) for a national interest waiver request, and may be revised at the beginning of the state fiscal year by the director based on costs to administer the program.
