{"data":{"id":"us-id/idaho-code-39-6309","jurisdiction":"us-id","citation":"Idaho Code § 39-6309","heading":"Issuance of order — Assistance of peace officer — Designation of appropriate law enforcement agency.","body":"When an order is issued or a foreign protection order is recognized under this chapter upon request of the petitioner, the court may order a peace officer to accompany the petitioner and assist in placing the petitioner in possession of the dwelling or residence, or otherwise assist in the execution of the protection order. A certified copy of the order shall be prepared by the clerk for transmittal to the appropriate law enforcement agency as specified in section 39-6311, Idaho Code.
