{"data":{"id":"us-id/idaho-code-39-6504","jurisdiction":"us-id","citation":"Idaho Code § 39-6504","heading":"Transport of waste tires.","body":"(1) No person shall transport waste tires for storage to any location in this state other than to a waste tire storage site for which a city or county has issued a permit or other written county or city authorization in active status.\n(2) No person shall transport waste tires for disposal to any location in this state other than to a municipal solid waste landfill which is operating in compliance with the requirements of section 39-6503, Idaho Code.\n(3) Nothing in this section shall prohibit any person from transporting waste tires to facilities in the state which possess a valid air quality permit, provided the permit allows for an approved beneficial use of the waste tires.","path":["TITLE 39 HEALTH AND SAFETY","CHAPTER 65 WASTE TIRE DISPOSAL"],"source_url":"https://legislature.idaho.gov/statutesrules/idstat/title39/t39ch65/sect39-6504/","current_through":"2026 Legislative Session","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-04T11:20:10Z","sha256":"f0eb0778a4b6e31e6e22d35ad478d9d2ac4c8ffd2e49d184481e395406c2fa4d","source_id":"us-id","stale":false,"prev":"us-id/idaho-code-39-6503","next":"us-id/idaho-code-39-6505"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
