{"data":{"id":"us-id/idaho-code-39-6507","jurisdiction":"us-id","citation":"Idaho Code § 39-6507","heading":"Penalties.","body":"Any person who knowingly stores, transports or disposes of a tire in violation of the provisions of this chapter is subject to a civil penalty of not more than five hundred dollars ($500) per violation and is subject to the provisions of the environmental protection and health act contained in section 39-108, Idaho Code.
