{"data":{"id":"us-id/idaho-code-39-8619","jurisdiction":"us-id","citation":"Idaho Code § 39-8619","heading":"Violations — Misdemeanors.","body":"(1) Any person who willfully violates any provision of this chapter or the duly promulgated rules hereunder is guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, shall be punished by a fine of not more than three hundred dollars ($300) or by imprisonment for not more than six (6) months or by both such fine and imprisonment.\n(2) A separate violation is deemed to have occurred with respect to each conveyance not in compliance with this chapter.
