{"data":{"id":"us-id/idaho-code-40-1920","jurisdiction":"us-id","citation":"Idaho Code § 40-1920","heading":"License — Renewal — Fee.","body":"No person shall operate, establish, or maintain a junkyard, any portion of which is within one thousand (1,000) feet of the nearest edge of the right-of-way of any highway on the interstate or primary system without obtaining a license from the board. The license and each renewal shall be issued on a calendar year basis and shall expire on December 31 following the date of issuance.
