{"data":{"id":"us-id/idaho-code-40-1921","jurisdiction":"us-id","citation":"Idaho Code § 40-1921","heading":"Requirements for license.","body":"Licenses shall be granted for the operation of those junkyards within one thousand (1,000) feet of the nearest edge of the right-of-way of any highway on the interstate or primary system meeting the following requirements:\n(1) Are screened by natural objects, plantings, fences or other appropriate means so as to render them invisible from the traveled way of the highway involved; or\n(2) Located within areas which are zoned for industrial use under authority of state law or in unzoned industrial areas as determined by the board; or\n(3) Are not visible from the main traveled way of the highway involved; or\n(4) Are to be screened by the board as provided in section 40-313(4), Idaho Code; or\n(5) Are to be relocated, removed or disposed of by the board as provided in section 40-313(4), Idaho Code.","path":["TITLE 40 HIGHWAYS AND BRIDGES","CHAPTER 19 BEAUTIFICATION OF HIGHWAYS"],"source_url":"https://legislature.idaho.gov/statutesrules/idstat/title40/t40ch19/sect40-1921/","current_through":"2026 Legislative Session","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-04T11:20:23Z","sha256":"59e8471c92e34f8e3a74f0e32e99299e27e11318d3e23311476cc9434c7f50a7","source_id":"us-id","stale":false,"prev":"us-id/idaho-code-40-1920","next":"us-id/idaho-code-40-1922"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
