{"data":{"id":"us-id/idaho-code-40-1922","jurisdiction":"us-id","citation":"Idaho Code § 40-1922","heading":"Dump permits — Renewal — Fee — Screening by owner.","body":"No person shall operate, establish, or maintain a dump, any portion of which is within one thousand (1,000) feet of the nearest edge of the right-of-way of any highway on the interstate or primary system without obtaining a permit from the board. The permit and each renewal shall be issued on a calendar year basis and shall expire on the 31st day of December following the date of issuance.
