{"data":{"id":"us-id/idaho-code-41-1334","jurisdiction":"us-id","citation":"Idaho Code § 41-1334","heading":"Disclosure of nonpublic personal information.","body":"(1) No person required to be licensed or authorized pursuant to title 41, Idaho Code, shall disclose any nonpublic personal information contrary to the provisions of title V of the Gramm-Leach-Bliley act of 1999, public law 106-102.\n(2) The director may adopt rules necessary to carry out this section.
