{"data":{"id":"us-id/idaho-code-41-2920","jurisdiction":"us-id","citation":"Idaho Code § 41-2920","heading":"Subscribers’ advisory committee.","body":"(1) The advisory committee of a domestic reciprocal insurer exercising the subscribers’ rights shall be selected under such rules as the subscribers adopt.\n(2) Not less than two-thirds (2/3) of such committee shall be subscribers other than the attorney, or any person employed by, representing, or having a financial interest in the attorney.\n(3) The committee shall:\n(a) Supervise the finances of the insurer;\n(b) Supervise the insurer’s operations to such extent as to assure conformity with the subscribers’ agreement and power of attorney;\n(c) Procure the audit of the accounts and records of the insurer and of the attorney at the expense of the insurer; and\n(d) Have such additional powers and functions as may be conferred by the subscribers’ agreement.","path":["TITLE 41 INSURANCE","CHAPTER 29 RECIPROCAL INSURERS"],"source_url":"https://legislature.idaho.gov/statutesrules/idstat/title41/t41ch29/sect41-2920/","current_through":"2026 Legislative Session","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-04T11:20:43Z","sha256":"f80a8d4c04338e50aae1cfb7a011c5b4043aaac2d42fe47a237c85842e967a41","source_id":"us-id","stale":false,"prev":"us-id/idaho-code-41-2919","next":"us-id/idaho-code-41-2921"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
