{"data":{"id":"us-id/idaho-code-41-4106","jurisdiction":"us-id","citation":"Idaho Code § 41-4106","heading":"Grant or denial of application.","body":"The director shall act upon an application for registration of a joint public agency self-funded plan with all reasonable promptness. He may make a reasonable investigation of the proposal from the public agency.
