{"data":{"id":"us-id/idaho-code-41-6602","jurisdiction":"us-id","citation":"Idaho Code § 41-6602","heading":"purpose and applicability.","body":"(1) The purpose of this chapter is to establish minimum and uniform standards and criteria for the audit of pharmacies.\n(2) The provisions of this chapter shall apply to any audit of a pharmacy conducted on or after July 1, 2023, unless:\n(a) Contrary provisions for a specific type of audit are provided in federal or state law, rule, or procedure;\n(b) The audit relates to medicaid payments;\n(c) The audit is an investigative audit based on reasonable suspicion of willful misrepresentation, abuse, waste, or fraud; or\n(d) The audit is a financial examination conducted by a certified public accountant according to generally accepted auditing standards.","path":["TITLE 41 INSURANCE","CHAPTER 66 FAIR PHARMACY AUDITS ACT"],"source_url":"https://legislature.idaho.gov/statutesrules/idstat/title41/t41ch66/sect41-6602/","current_through":"2026 Legislative Session","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-04T13:18:09Z","sha256":"db3ddba109ebd1e490cbd91fe43b84dcc7ff4c1ab92f716bb625ace236fe0194","source_id":"us-id","stale":false,"prev":"us-id/idaho-code-41-6601","next":"us-id/idaho-code-41-6603"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
