{"data":{"id":"us-id/idaho-code-42-4406","jurisdiction":"us-id","citation":"Idaho Code § 42-4406","heading":"Petition — Bond — Condition for withdrawal of names.","body":"The petitioners for formation of a levee district shall, at the time of the filing of the petition, file a bond with the clerk of the district court of the county in which the proposed district is to be located. The bond shall run to the state of Idaho and shall be in the penal sum of one thousand dollars ($1,000) with two (2) or more sureties, to be approved by the judge of the district court.\nIn case said district be not established, then all costs shall be collectible on such bond.
