{"data":{"id":"us-id/idaho-code-42-5218a","jurisdiction":"us-id","citation":"Idaho Code § 42-5218A","heading":"When election not required.","body":"In any election for directors if, after the expiration of the date for filing written nominations for the office of director, it appears that only one (1) qualified candidate has been nominated thereby for each position to be filled, it shall not be necessary to hold an election, and the board of directors shall, within five (5) days after expiration of the date for filing written nominations, declare such candidate elected as director.
