{"data":{"id":"us-id/idaho-code-45-1908","jurisdiction":"us-id","citation":"Idaho Code § 45-1908","heading":"Duty of filing agency to release upon satisfaction.","body":"(1) Except as to a state lien for child support delinquency, when a state lien has been satisfied, the filing agency shall, within thirty (30) days after satisfaction, file with the secretary of state a notice of release of lien.\n(2) As to a state lien for child support delinquency, the department of health and welfare shall file a notice of release of lien within thirty (30) days after:\n(a) The delinquency has been satisfied; or\n(b) The underlying lien is no longer valid.\n(3) The notice of release will be delivered to and receipt acknowledged by the secretary of state in a medium and format to which the filing agency and the secretary of state have agreed, and shall be authenticated by the filing agency in a manner to which the filing agency and the secretary of state have agreed.","path":["TITLE 45 LIENS, MORTGAGES AND PLEDGES","CHAPTER 19 STATE LIENS"],"source_url":"https://legislature.idaho.gov/statutesrules/idstat/title45/t45ch19/sect45-1908/","current_through":"2026 Legislative Session","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-04T11:22:06Z","sha256":"dad566c186e17a0b0962d1ac6701bc0a0f9944c79f4d1a6a4770076bbe88a733","source_id":"us-id","stale":false,"prev":"us-id/idaho-code-45-1907","next":"us-id/idaho-code-45-1909"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
