{"data":{"id":"us-id/idaho-code-45-308a","jurisdiction":"us-id","citation":"Idaho Code § 45-308A","heading":"Amendment or assignment of notice.","body":"(1) A claimant may amend a notice of claim of lien to disclose a change of the name or address of a claimant or producer by filing a notice of amendment with the secretary of state. The notice of amendment shall include:\n(a) The file number assigned by the secretary of state to the notice of claim of lien to be amended by the notice of amendment;\n(b) The date of filing of the notice of claim of lien to be amended;\n(c) The name of the claimant on the notice of claim of lien to be amended; and\n(d) The information to be amended.\n(2) A claimant may assign his rights under a lien and may give notice of the assignment by filing a notice of assignment with the secretary of state. The notice of assignment shall include:\n(a) The file number assigned by the secretary of state to the notice of claim of lien to which the assignment pertains;\n(b) The date of filing of the notice of claim of lien to which the assignment pertains;\n(c) The name of the claimant on the notice of claim of lien to which the assignment pertains; and\n(d) The name and address of the assignee.\n(3) A notice of amendment or a notice of assignment shall be filed on a standard form prescribed by the secretary of state, and upon the same execution and fee conditions as apply to a notice of claim of lien.","path":["TITLE 45 LIENS, MORTGAGES AND PLEDGES","CHAPTER 3 LIENS IN CROPS"],"source_url":"https://legislature.idaho.gov/statutesrules/idstat/title45/t45ch3/sect45-308a/","current_through":"2026 Legislative Session","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-04T11:22:00Z","sha256":"d50629faee31e0c553fba8f353b25f14e66b6df4088cc0573146a6cde6aba253","source_id":"us-id","stale":false,"prev":"us-id/idaho-code-45-308","next":"us-id/idaho-code-45-309"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
