{"data":{"id":"us-id/idaho-code-49-1213","jurisdiction":"us-id","citation":"Idaho Code § 49-1213","heading":"Notice of cancellation or termination of certified policy.","body":"When an insurance carrier has certified a motor vehicle liability policy under section 49-1210, Idaho Code, the insurance so certified shall not be cancelled or terminated until at least ten (10) days after a notice of cancellation or termination of the insurance so certified shall be filed with the department.
