{"data":{"id":"us-id/idaho-code-49-312","jurisdiction":"us-id","citation":"Idaho Code § 49-312","heading":"Death of person signing application for person under eighteen years of age.","body":"The department, upon receipt of satisfactory evidence of the death of the person(s) who signed the application of a person under the age of eighteen (18) years for a driver’s license, shall cancel the driver’s license and shall not issue a new driver’s license until a new application, duly signed and verified, is made.
