{"data":{"id":"us-id/idaho-code-50-1525","jurisdiction":"us-id","citation":"Idaho Code § 50-1525","heading":"Mandatory actuarial study.","body":"Any city establishing and maintaining a policeman’s retirement fund pursuant to the provisions of this chapter shall, at its own expense, conduct an actuarial study for the purpose of determining the actuarial soundness of such fund. Commencing January 1, 1991, actuarial studies required hereunder shall be conducted within four (4) years of the last actuarial study and each four (4) years thereafter.
