{"data":{"id":"us-id/idaho-code-50-2107","jurisdiction":"us-id","citation":"Idaho Code § 50-2107","heading":"Election of officers of consolidated corporations.","body":"In the event that the majority of the votes cast by the electors of each and all such cities proposed to be consolidated shall favor consolidation, the city shall proceed to call an election to be held in all the cities so proposed to be consolidated for the election of officers of the new corporation.
