{"data":{"id":"us-id/idaho-code-50-2610","jurisdiction":"us-id","citation":"Idaho Code § 50-2610","heading":"Ordinance to establish — Adoption — Contents.","body":"If the legislative authority, following the hearing, decides to establish the proposed district, it shall adopt an ordinance to that effect. This ordinance shall contain the following information:\n(1) The number, date and title of the resolution of intention pursuant to which it was adopted;\n(2) The time and place the hearing was held concerning the formation of such district;\n(3) The description of the boundaries of such district;\n(4) A statement that the businesses in the district established by the ordinance shall be subject to the provisions of the special assessments authorized by section 50-2601, Idaho Code;\n(5) The initial or additional rate or levy of special assessment to be imposed with a breakdown by classification of business, if such classification is used;\n(6) A statement that a business improvement district has been established; and\n(7) The uses to which the special assessment revenue shall be put; provided, however, that such use shall conform to the use as declared in the initiation petition presented pursuant to section 50-2603, Idaho Code.","path":["TITLE 50 MUNICIPAL CORPORATIONS","CHAPTER 26 BUSINESS IMPROVEMENT DISTRICTS"],"source_url":"https://legislature.idaho.gov/statutesrules/idstat/title50/t50ch26/sect50-2610/","current_through":"2026 Legislative Session","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-04T11:22:42Z","sha256":"412050be657ab38916b22f9603d724c703393130675f3480e346795c41e9d362","source_id":"us-id","stale":false,"prev":"us-id/idaho-code-50-2609","next":"us-id/idaho-code-50-2611"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
