{"data":{"id":"us-id/idaho-code-54-1414","jurisdiction":"us-id","citation":"Idaho Code § 54-1414","heading":"Unlawful conduct — Penalties.","body":"(1) It shall be unlawful for any person, corporation, association or other legal entity to:\n(a) Practice nursing in this state without a current license unless exempted from licensure by this chapter; or\n(b) Falsify or forge any application for licensure, license, renewal of license or certification required by this chapter; or\n(c) Falsely represent by use of any designation, title, or statement, that he is licensed pursuant to this chapter; or\n(d) Falsely represent, by use of any designation, title or statement, that a school or course is approved pursuant to this chapter; or\n(e) Employ unlicensed persons to practice nursing in this state unless the person is exempt from licensure by this chapter; or\n(f) Aid, abet, assist or encourage any person in violating this chapter.\n(2) Any person violating the provisions of this section shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be punishable by fine not to exceed three hundred dollars ($300) or by imprisonment not to exceed six (6) months or both such fine and imprisonment.","path":["TITLE 54 PROFESSIONS, VOCATIONS, AND BUSINESSES","CHAPTER 14 NURSES"],"source_url":"https://legislature.idaho.gov/statutesrules/idstat/title54/t54ch14/sect54-1414/","current_through":"2026 Legislative Session","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-04T11:22:50Z","sha256":"ca2708f8af9b815ddb40860f6dc278f233a417245f079000136e599c61390c9d","source_id":"us-id","stale":false,"prev":"us-id/idaho-code-54-1413","next":"us-id/idaho-code-54-1415"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
