{"data":{"id":"us-id/idaho-code-54-1614","jurisdiction":"us-id","citation":"Idaho Code § 54-1614","heading":"MISDEMEANORS — PENALTIES.","body":"(1) It shall be a misdemeanor for any person to:\n(a) Sell or fraudulently obtain or furnish any license or aid or abet such actions;\n(b) Practice as a long-term care administrator under cover of any license or permit illegally or fraudulently obtained or unlawfully issued;\n(c) Practice as a long-term care administrator or use in connection with the person’s name any designation tending to imply that the person is a long-term care administrator unless duly licensed under the provisions of this chapter;\n(d) Practice as a long-term care administrator during the time the person’s license or permit issued under the provisions of this chapter is suspended or revoked; or\n(e) Otherwise violate any of the provisions of this chapter.\n(2) A misdemeanor under this section shall be punishable by a fine of not more than five hundred dollars ($500) or by imprisonment in the county jail for not more than ninety (90) days, or by both such fine and imprisonment.","path":["TITLE 54 PROFESSIONS, VOCATIONS, AND BUSINESSES","CHAPTER 16 IDAHO BOARD OF LONG-TERM CARE ADMINISTRATORS ACT"],"source_url":"https://legislature.idaho.gov/statutesrules/idstat/title54/t54ch16/sect54-1614/","current_through":"2026 Legislative Session","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-04T11:22:51Z","sha256":"78c0fbb03b9f6d92c1d87de7ba4159c429f0c18bdb094d9dfbb0aab6ba5eb5ea","source_id":"us-id","stale":false,"prev":"us-id/idaho-code-54-1613","next":"us-id/idaho-code-54-1615"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
