{"data":{"id":"us-id/idaho-code-54-1705","jurisdiction":"us-id","citation":"Idaho Code § 54-1705","heading":"PRACTICE OF PHARMACY — GENERAL APPROACH.","body":"To evaluate whether a specific act is within the practice of pharmacy in or into Idaho, or whether an act can be delegated to other individuals under his supervision, a licensee or registrant of the board of pharmacy shall independently determine whether:\n(1) The act is expressly prohibited by:\n(a) This chapter;\n(b) The uniform controlled substances act, chapter 27, title 37, Idaho Code; or\n(c) Any other applicable state or federal laws or regulations;\n(2) The act is consistent with the individual’s education, training, and experience; and\n(3) Performance of the act is within the accepted standard of care that would be provided in a similar setting by a reasonable and prudent individual with similar education, training, and experience.","path":["TITLE 54 PROFESSIONS, VOCATIONS, AND BUSINESSES","CHAPTER 17 PHARMACISTS"],"source_url":"https://legislature.idaho.gov/statutesrules/idstat/title54/t54ch17/sect54-1705/","current_through":"2026 Legislative Session","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-04T11:22:51Z","sha256":"0afefd6780cd74f472990d34b88bba33628fd732f81e88e1fc4ecbc013dbb7c4","source_id":"us-id","stale":false,"prev":"us-id/idaho-code-54-1704","next":"us-id/idaho-code-54-1705a"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
