{"data":{"id":"us-id/idaho-code-54-2011","jurisdiction":"us-id","citation":"Idaho Code § 54-2011","heading":"Types of licenses.","body":"(1) The commission may issue a primary Idaho real estate license to any individual, sole proprietorship or legal business entity in accordance with the requirements of this chapter. An individual may be licensed as a real estate salesperson, an associate broker or a designated broker acting for a sole proprietorship or legal business entity.\n(2) The commission may issue a nontransferable cooperative license to any out-of-state broker.
