{"data":{"id":"us-id/idaho-code-54-2062","jurisdiction":"us-id","citation":"Idaho Code § 54-2062","heading":"Additional grounds for disciplinary action — Other administrative actions — Licensee to report to commission.","body":"(1) The commission may also take any disciplinary action, including, but not limited to, suspension or revocation of a license where the licensee:\n(a) Has an order or determination of debarment, suspension, or any limitation on participation in government loan programs issued against the licensee for misconduct; or\n(b) Has a real estate or other professional license suspended or revoked for a disciplinary violation involving fraud, misrepresentation, or dishonest or dishonorable dealings.
