{"data":{"id":"us-id/idaho-code-54-2210","jurisdiction":"us-id","citation":"Idaho Code § 54-2210","heading":"Qualifications for licensure.","body":"To be eligible for licensure as a physical therapist or physical therapist assistant, a person must:\n(1) Not have been convicted, found guilty, or received a withheld judgment or suspended sentence in this state or in any other state of a crime deemed relevant in accordance with section 67-9411(1), Idaho Code; and\n(2) Submit a completed written application to the board on forms furnished by the board which shall require proof of graduation from a nationally accredited school, with a curriculum acceptable to the board, for physical therapists or physical therapist assistants, and have completed the application process; and\n(3) Have either passed to the satisfaction of the board, an examination authorized by the board to determine his or her fitness to practice as a physical therapist or physical therapist assistant, or be entitled to and apply for licensure by endorsement as provided for in section 54-2211, Idaho Code.","path":["TITLE 54 PROFESSIONS, VOCATIONS, AND BUSINESSES","CHAPTER 22 PRACTICE OF PHYSICAL THERAPY"],"source_url":"https://legislature.idaho.gov/statutesrules/idstat/title54/t54ch22/sect54-2210/","current_through":"2026 Legislative Session","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-04T11:22:56Z","sha256":"07bed8167179f1448351456a245df0f9dc08aff3c76374ea7f5be92353883695","source_id":"us-id","stale":false,"prev":"us-id/idaho-code-54-2209","next":"us-id/idaho-code-54-2211"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
