{"data":{"id":"us-id/idaho-code-54-3005","jurisdiction":"us-id","citation":"Idaho Code § 54-3005","heading":"Violations.","body":"(1) It shall be a violation for any person to:\n(a) Offer to practice or represent oneself as entitled to practice landscape architecture, unless duly licensed under this chapter;\n(b) Attempt to use the license of another;\n(c) Give false or forged evidence to the board or any member thereof in obtaining a license;\n(d) Falsely impersonate any other practitioner, of like or different name; or\n(e) Otherwise violate any of the provisions of this chapter.\n(2) Such violation shall be a misdemeanor.
