{"data":{"id":"us-id/idaho-code-54-3109a","jurisdiction":"us-id","citation":"Idaho Code § 54-3109A","heading":"endorsement — certification.","body":"The board, upon application and the payment of the required fee, may issue a shorthand reporter certificate by endorsement to a person who has not been convicted, found guilty, or received a withheld judgment or a suspended sentence in this state or in any other state of a crime that is deemed relevant in accordance with section 67-9411(1), Idaho Code, who holds a shorthand reporter certificate of qualification or license issued to that person by the proper authority of any state or territory of the United States, and who:\n(1) Provides official documentation that the individual has passed at any time one (1) of the examinations set forth in section 54-3108, Idaho Code; and\n(2) Provides documentation that the individual has continually worked as a certified shorthand reporter for at least three (3) of the last five (5) years immediately prior to application.","path":["TITLE 54 PROFESSIONS, VOCATIONS, AND BUSINESSES","CHAPTER 31 CERTIFIED SHORTHAND REPORTERS ACT"],"source_url":"https://legislature.idaho.gov/statutesrules/idstat/title54/t54ch31/sect54-3109a/","current_through":"2026 Legislative Session","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-04T12:35:29Z","sha256":"27a416e5a270cfb1b5fde4a7b14bb8ef8179f1f0455682b21759bcc94e5624a7","source_id":"us-id","stale":false,"prev":"us-id/idaho-code-54-3109","next":"us-id/idaho-code-54-3110"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
