{"data":{"id":"us-id/idaho-code-54-3110","jurisdiction":"us-id","citation":"Idaho Code § 54-3110","heading":"Fees.","body":"The board shall be entitled to charge and collect the following fees:\n(1) The sum of fifty dollars ($50.00) as an application fee for any certificate or temporary permit.\n(2) The sum of fifty dollars ($50.00) as an examination fee for the administration of the reporters examination to any applicant.\n(3) A sum not to exceed one hundred fifty dollars ($150) as a renewal fee for any certificate or temporary permit.\n(4) The failure to renew a certificate biennially, prior to expiration, shall not deprive such person of the right of renewal or reinstatement in accordance with section 67-2614, Idaho Code.\n(5) A sum not to exceed twenty dollars ($20.00) as a fee for examination preparation materials.","path":["TITLE 54 PROFESSIONS, VOCATIONS, AND BUSINESSES","CHAPTER 31 CERTIFIED SHORTHAND REPORTERS ACT"],"source_url":"https://legislature.idaho.gov/statutesrules/idstat/title54/t54ch31/sect54-3110/","current_through":"2026 Legislative Session","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-04T11:23:00Z","sha256":"01d1adeaab5da98622155446d4f0358d59c2039f9e6c58c383b777e4b384ba0f","source_id":"us-id","stale":false,"prev":"us-id/idaho-code-54-3109a","next":"us-id/idaho-code-54-3111"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
