{"data":{"id":"us-id/idaho-code-54-3206","jurisdiction":"us-id","citation":"Idaho Code § 54-3206","heading":"Licensing — Qualifications.","body":"The board shall issue licenses to qualified applicants who have passed an examination conducted or approved by the board, have not been convicted, found guilty, or received a withheld judgment or a suspended sentence in this state or in any other state of a crime that is deemed relevant in accordance with section 67-9411(1), Idaho Code, and meet one (1) of the following:\n(1) For a clinical social worker license, possess a master’s degree or doctorate in social work and two (2) years of postgraduate supervised clinical experience approved by the board;\n(2) For a master social worker license, possess a master’s degree or doctorate in social work from a college or university approved by the board; or\n(3) For a bachelor social worker license, possess a baccalaureate degree in social work from a college or university approved by the board.","path":["TITLE 54 PROFESSIONS, VOCATIONS, AND BUSINESSES","CHAPTER 32 SOCIAL WORK LICENSING ACT"],"source_url":"https://legislature.idaho.gov/statutesrules/idstat/title54/t54ch32/sect54-3206/","current_through":"2026 Legislative Session","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-04T11:23:00Z","sha256":"e821d4768d51aac7304de4442ca46cd8ca9635d502958248617f30a34a55d8ef","source_id":"us-id","stale":false,"prev":"us-id/idaho-code-54-3205","next":"us-id/idaho-code-54-3207"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
