{"data":{"id":"us-id/idaho-code-54-3305","jurisdiction":"us-id","citation":"Idaho Code § 54-3305","heading":"Application for license.","body":"Upon application and payment of the appropriate fee, the board shall issue a license to practice denturitry to any applicant who has:\n(1) Satisfactorily completed the examination approved by the board;\n(2) Completed formal training of no less than two (2) years’ duration at an educational institution accredited by a national or regional accrediting agency recognized by the Idaho state board of education, the curriculum of which includes courses in oral pathology, physiology, head and oral anatomy, clinical microbiology, clinical jurisprudence, asepsis, and first aid for minor office emergencies; and\n(3) Completed an internship of at least two (2) years under the supervision of a licensed denturist or have equivalent experience as established by board rule prior to the filing of the application.","path":["TITLE 54 PROFESSIONS, VOCATIONS, AND BUSINESSES","CHAPTER 33 DENTURITRY"],"source_url":"https://legislature.idaho.gov/statutesrules/idstat/title54/t54ch33/sect54-3305/","current_through":"2026 Legislative Session","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-04T11:23:00Z","sha256":"c6fc2145634a60f10ffde0bb7d049c10d4aecedb94a309311a7ceaf21da259e8","source_id":"us-id","stale":false,"prev":"us-id/idaho-code-54-3304","next":"us-id/idaho-code-54-3306"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
