{"data":{"id":"us-id/idaho-code-54-3312","jurisdiction":"us-id","citation":"Idaho Code § 54-3312","heading":"Notice of board address — Prohibited activities — Guarantee on services.","body":"(1) There shall be posted in a conspicuous area on the premises of any practice of denturitry a notice with lettering of a size easily read by the average person and in substantially the following form:\nANY CONSUMER WHO HAS A COMPLAINT RELATING TO PRACTICES OF THIS ESTABLISHMENT MAY CONTACT THE IDAHO BOARD OF DENTISTRY………… (address) with a copy to THE DIVISION OF OCCUPATIONAL AND PROFESSIONAL LICENSES………… (address)\n(2) No person licensed pursuant to the provisions of this chapter shall directly or indirectly:\n(a) Make any payment or gift to a person who has referred a patient;\n(b) Receive or accept any rebate, payment, or gift from any person to whom a patient is referred; or\n(c) Engage in any form of fee-splitting or other form of sharing of remuneration with respect to referrals.\n(3) All denturist services will be unconditionally guaranteed for a period of no less than ninety (90) days.","path":["TITLE 54 PROFESSIONS, VOCATIONS, AND BUSINESSES","CHAPTER 33 DENTURITRY"],"source_url":"https://legislature.idaho.gov/statutesrules/idstat/title54/t54ch33/sect54-3312/","current_through":"2026 Legislative Session","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-04T11:23:00Z","sha256":"378349d2c3bc7f8545771455ac8c2d7e16f981dbc25cb4e534fb319131d88d5c","source_id":"us-id","stale":false,"prev":"us-id/idaho-code-54-3311","next":"us-id/idaho-code-54-3313"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
