{"data":{"id":"us-id/idaho-code-54-3320","jurisdiction":"us-id","citation":"Idaho Code § 54-3320","heading":"Notice of board address — Prohibited activities — Guarantee on services.","body":"(a) There shall be posted in a conspicuous area on any premises where the practice of denturitry is carried on, a notice with lettering of a size easily read by the average person and in substantially the following form:\nANY CONSUMER WHO HAS A COMPLAINT RELATING TO PRACTICES OF THIS ESTABLISHMENT MAY CONTACT THE IDAHO BOARD OF DENTURITRY………… (address) with a copy to THE DIVISION OF OCCUPATIONAL AND PROFESSIONAL LICENSES………… (address)\n(b) No person licensed under the provisions of this chapter shall directly or indirectly:\n(1) Make any payment or gift to a person who has referred a patient;\n(2) Receive or accept any rebate, payment or gift from any person to whom a patient is referred; or\n(3) Engage in any form of fee-splitting or other form of sharing of remuneration, with respect to referrals.\n(c) All denturist services will be unconditionally guaranteed for a period of not less than ninety (90) days.","path":["TITLE 54 PROFESSIONS, VOCATIONS, AND BUSINESSES","CHAPTER 33 FREEDOM OF CHOICE OF DENTURES ACT"],"source_url":"https://legislature.idaho.gov/statutesrules/idstat/title54/t54ch33/sect54-3320/","current_through":"2026 Legislative Session","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-04T11:23:01Z","sha256":"a4ea053f39b41bdbb9eefd8108ca5c8343f7895987c86552a17396db1ce925a0","source_id":"us-id","stale":false,"prev":"us-id/idaho-code-54-3319","next":"us-id/idaho-code-54-3321"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
