{"data":{"id":"us-id/idaho-code-54-3411","jurisdiction":"us-id","citation":"Idaho Code § 54-3411","heading":"Fees on licensure.","body":"(1) The board shall establish fees for licensure under the provisions of this chapter as follows:\n(a) The fee for applications not to exceed one hundred seventy-five dollars ($175);\n(b) The fee for examination, when required, equal to that charged by the national examining entity plus an administration fee not to exceed twenty-five dollars ($25.00);\n(c) The fee for endorsement not to exceed one hundred seventy-five dollars ($175);\n(d) The fee for the original license not to exceed one hundred seventy-five dollars ($175);\n(e) The fee for biennial renewal not to exceed three hundred and fifty dollars ($350); and\n(f) The fee for the original registration of interns not to exceed twenty-five dollars ($25.00).\n(2) All fees paid pursuant to this section shall be nonrefundable except that, if a license fee is tendered but the board does not issue a license, the respective license fee shall be returned.","path":["TITLE 54 PROFESSIONS, VOCATIONS, AND BUSINESSES","CHAPTER 34 COUNSELORS AND THERAPISTS"],"source_url":"https://legislature.idaho.gov/statutesrules/idstat/title54/t54ch34/sect54-3411/","current_through":"2026 Legislative Session","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-04T11:23:01Z","sha256":"ac70fd95da8f6eb344668e13c10108fdcf7ec84b2123efa95f45cfe0b9ebd3d9","source_id":"us-id","stale":false,"prev":"us-id/idaho-code-54-3410a","next":"us-id/idaho-code-54-3412"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
