{"data":{"id":"us-id/idaho-code-54-4308","jurisdiction":"us-id","citation":"Idaho Code § 54-4308","heading":"REQUIREMENTS FOR LICENSURE.","body":"(1) A person who meets the requirements for licensure under the provisions of this section and who is not exempt from the requirements of this chapter pursuant to section 54-4312, Idaho Code, shall apply to the allied health advisory board for the issuance of a license. The completed application shall be on a form provided by the board.\n(2) The board shall issue a license to an applicant if the applicant makes a satisfactory showing to the allied health advisory board that he has:\n(a) Not been convicted of a crime deemed relevant in accordance with section 67-9411(1), Idaho Code;\n(b) Not been subjected to disciplinary action in any state or territory of the United States or in any foreign country arising from a showing of gross negligence or intentional misconduct directly related to the provision of respiratory care; and\n(c) Successfully received respiratory care credentialing by a board-approved national accrediting organization.","path":["TITLE 54 PROFESSIONS, VOCATIONS, AND BUSINESSES","CHAPTER 43 RESPIRATORY CARE PRACTICE ACT"],"source_url":"https://legislature.idaho.gov/statutesrules/idstat/title54/t54ch43/sect54-4308/","current_through":"2026 Legislative Session","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-04T11:23:04Z","sha256":"01f902d97340c38573bcbe01e210dac464899584cf6f585019325af7fe3261a6","source_id":"us-id","stale":false,"prev":"us-id/idaho-code-54-4307","next":"us-id/idaho-code-54-4309"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
