{"data":{"id":"us-id/idaho-code-54-4401","jurisdiction":"us-id","citation":"Idaho Code § 54-4401","heading":"Definitions.","body":"As used in this chapter:\n(1) \"Board\" means:\n(a) The state board of chiropractic physicians as established in chapter 7, title 54, Idaho Code;\n(b) The state board of dentistry as established in chapter 9, title 54, Idaho Code;\n(c) The state board of nursing as established in chapter 14, title 54, Idaho Code;\n(d) The state board of optometry as established in chapter 15, title 54, Idaho Code;\n(e) The state board of pharmacy as established in chapter 17, title 54, Idaho Code;\n(f) The state board of medicine as established in chapter 18, title 54, Idaho Code;\n(g) The board of veterinary medicine as established in chapter 21, title 54, Idaho Code;\n(h) The Idaho state board of psychologist examiners as established in chapter 23, title 54, Idaho Code;\n(i) The state board of social work examiners as established in chapter 32, title 54, Idaho Code;\n(j) The Idaho state counselor licensing board as established in chapter 34, title 54, Idaho Code; and\n(k) Any health care related board granted licensing authority by the legislature after July 1, 1993.\n(2) \"Peer assistance entity\" means an organization, a program, a committee or a professional association that is designed to address any or all of the following issues affecting practitioners of the health care professions: chemical dependency and/or impairment; psychological impairment; and mental or physical impairment.","path":["TITLE 54 PROFESSIONS, VOCATIONS, AND BUSINESSES","CHAPTER 44 PEER ASSISTANCE ENTITY AGREEMENTS"],"source_url":"https://legislature.idaho.gov/statutesrules/idstat/title54/t54ch44/sect54-4401/","current_through":"2026 Legislative Session","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-04T11:23:04Z","sha256":"21380b7c566c0f83276c2c37c29402113c82c9e7f58ade12a8627a0f80e2b30c","source_id":"us-id","stale":false,"prev":"us-id/idaho-code-54-4315","next":"us-id/idaho-code-54-4402"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
